RADcare SERVICE LEVEL 2 - Favored by many customers, this RADCare program insures that your network will get the attention it deserves. With next business day shipment of replacement parts and 24 x 7 phone support, you can focus more on your core business in which your RAD equipment is such a vital tool.
RAD’s Service Level 2 guarantees next business day shipment of replacement parts. In addition to RAD’s standard equipment warranty and software updates, this service plan includes:
• Dedicated toll-free number for all priority technical support calls – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
• Priority handling of all service calls with escalation management to ensure timely resolution
• Access to eSupport for case management and FAQs
• Replacement parts guaranteed to ship by next business day
RADcare SERVICE LEVEL 1 - For those who either keep their own on-site spares or have solid contingency plans in the unlikely event of an equipment failure, RADCare Level 1 may be right for you.
RAD’s entry-level enhanced service offering is Service Level 1, featuring 24 X 7 priority telephone support. In addition to RAD’s standard equipment warranty and software updates,
this service plan includes:
• Dedicated toll-free number for all priority technical support calls on downed, faulty or degraded RAD products – 24 hours a day / 7 days a week
• Priority handling of all service calls with escalation management to ensure timely resolution
• Access to eSupport for case management and FAQs
BASIC SERVICE & WARRANTY - If your networktopology seldom
changes, after hours support is not required and you either have on-site spares
or can afford to the delays of possibly having equipment repaired this may be an
option for you. When you made the wise decision to purchase a RAD product you also received one year
of basic support in addition a 5 year hardware warranty. RAD Data Communications is
committed to seeing you get off on the right foot with your RAD product.
Basic Service for the first year after purchase is included at no extra charge with all RAD equipment & software purchases.
Basic Service includes:
• RAD’s standard equipment warranty
• Software updates
• Technical assistance on general inquiries available Monday through Friday – 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern
• Parts repaired for no additional charge in compliance with RAD’s basic warranty policy
*Note: This basic support can be extended to a maximum of 5 years however once it is allowed to lapse it can not be re-instated.
Other RADCare options include on-site service where your needs require
it. Services such as pre-configuration and remote configuration are also
